Quarterly suspension update

Shareholders are referred to the various announcements released on the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange ("JSE") News Service, the last of which was published on 30 January 2026,
relating to the suspension of the listing of the Company's securities.

In terms of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company is required to
provide an update to shareholders regarding the current state of affairs of the Company
until the suspension is lifted.

As previously communicated to shareholders, Wesizwe has embarked on a re-audit of the
2024 year-end financial statements in order to address the independent auditors' disclaimers
and to facilitate the lifting of the suspension of trading in the Company's shares.

The Company has revised the publication date of its interim financial statements for the six
months ended 30 June 2025 (the "Interim Results") from 15 March 2026 to no later than 31
March 2026, to allow for additional management review and the completion of outstanding
close-out processes. The Interim Results will be published on an unreviewed basis.

The Company remains on track, in accordance with the original audit plan, to publish the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 by no later than 30 April
2026.

The December 2025 audit process will be completed in accordance with these timelines,
following which the Company will commence the necessary steps to lift the suspension of
trading in the Company's shares.
