CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, MW Working Capital Solutions
wishes to advise of changes to its board of directors (the "Board").
Mr MV Brandon has been appointed as executive director, replacing Mrs A Levendis who has resigned.
The changes are effective immediately.
Mr Brandon has 26 years' experience with various local and international banks, covering credit, sales and
business development focused on commercial and corporate markets. He currently holds the title of Managing
Director of Merchant West Working Capital Solutions Proprietary Limited. The appointment of Mr Brandon was
made pursuant to the Issuer's policy dealing with the nomination of directors of MW Working Capital Solutions.
Mrs Levendis' resignation follows her decision to explore other opportunities within the Merchant West group.
The Board welcomes Mr Brandon and looks forward to his contribution.
