Notification of the Appointment of a Debt Officer

In terms of the JSE Limited’s Transitional Arrangements in respect of the Debt Listings Requirements 2020
published on 26 August 2020, the appointment of a debt officer and accompanied responsibilities pursuant
to paragraphs 6.78, 6.79 and 7.3(g) would have taken effect from 01 November 2020. The JSE has,
however, granted the Fund an extension regarding this effective date.

The Fund has identified a suitable candidate to serve as the Debt Officer. In the spirit of paragraph 7.3(g)
of the Debt Requirements, good corporate governance and agreed as with the JSE, the board will consider
and satisfy itself on the competence, qualifications and experience of the candidate at the upcoming board
meeting following which an announcement pursuant to paragraph 6.79(a) of the Debt Requirement will be
made, on or before 30 November 2020.
