THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AB FINCO 1 (RF) LIMITED APPLICABLE ISSUER
SUPPLEMENT

The AB FINCO 1 (“Master Programme”) was registered with the JSE Limited (“JSE”) on 19 December
2019.

AB Finco 1 (RF) Limited (the “Issuer”) applied to, and received approval from the JSE for the
registration of the Applicable Issuer Supplement (“AIS”) on the Interest Rate Market, with effect from
19 December 2019.

Notes will be issued on the Interest Rate Market under the terms and conditions as stipulated in the
Master Programme, read together with the AIS.

The Master Programme and AIS are available for viewing at the registered office of the Issuer and
may also be accessed on the following websites:
