NOTIFICATION OF APPROVAL OF THE APPOINTMENT OF THE EXTERNAL AUDIT FIRM

Further to the announcements released by the Issuer on 11 September 2019 and 25 September
2019, in relation to the change in the Issuer’s external audit firm, noteholders are advised that the
shareholders of the Issuer’s holding company, Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited, approved
the appointment of Ernst & Young Inc. (“EY”) as the external audit firm at the annual general meeting
held on Tuesday, 26 November 2019.

The appointment of EY as the external audit firm to the Issuer has therefore been accepted with
immediate effect.
