Partial Redemption of EASYAI Securities

The JSE has approved the partial redemption of 235,000 EASYAI securities with effect from today, at
an issue price of approximately R85.25 per security.

Following the redemption of the 235,000 securities, there will be 4,692,200 EASYAI securities in
issue.
