The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited has early redeemed
the entire issue of SBEN57 Listed Note issued under its
Structured Note Programme. This announcement replaces the
announcement made on this issue on the 28th of January 2026.


All dates in respect of SBEN57 in accordance with the SENS
announcement dated 13 August 2025 are inapplicable due to the
early redemption.


The new salient dates for the early redemption are set out
below:


Last Day to Trade               Wednesday, 28 January 2026
Suspension date                 Thursday, 29 January 2026
Record date                     Monday, 02 February 2026
Early   Redemption    Payment   Tuesday, 03 February 2026
Date
Termination date                Wednesday, 04 February 2026




The purpose for the early redemption is due to the Issuer
redeeming all the Notes for 136 051.61 ZA cents per Note (in the
amount of R272,083,221.34), and will be paid in full by the
Issuer on 03 February 2026 to the Noteholder.
