CHANGES TO THE SUSTAINABILITY, ETHICS AND TRANSFORMATION BOARD COMMITTEE OF
AFRICAN BANK LIMITED (“ABL”) AND AFRICAN BANK HOLDINGS LIMITED (“ABHL”)

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are
advised that, following the previous SENS announcement published on 31 March 2023, Mr
Dhevendren Dharmalingam was formally approved by the Prudential Authority as the Chairman of
the Audit and Compliance Committee on 19 May 2023 and has, as a result, resigned from the
Sustainability, Ethics and Transformation Committee of the ABHL and ABL Boards effective 01 June
2023.

To fill this committee vacancy, Ms Nonzukiso (“Zukie”) Siyotula has been appointed as a member
of the Sustainability, Ethics and Transformation Committee with effect from 01 June 2023.
