Notice of AGM of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2022 has been mailed today, Thursday, 30
June 2022 to Shareholders recorded in the register as at Wednesday, 15 June 2022 and contains no
modifications to the reviewed results which were published on SENS on Friday, 24 June 2022.
Copies of the 2022 Annual Report and Notice of AGM are also available for downloading on the Company’s

Notice of AGM
The AGM of Marshall will be held at its registered office at 2nd Floor, Gaspé House, 66-72 Esplanade, St
Helier, Jersey, JE1 1GH on Friday 26th August 2022 at 9:00am (UK time) 10:00 am (SA time) to transact the
business as stated in the Notice of AGM, forming part of the 2022 Annual Report.
Record dates
The date on which Shareholders of the Company must be recorded as such in the Company's securities
register in South Africa in order to attend and vote at the AGM is Friday, 19 August 2022. The last day to
trade in order to be entitled to vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 16 August 2022. Proxy Forms must be lodged
by no later than 9:00am (UK time) 10:00 am (SA time) on Wednesday, 24 August 2022.
