1. No Change Statement
 The consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020, on which
 PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. expressed an unmodified opinion, contain no modifications to the
 summarised group results for the year ended 31 December 2020 which were released on the Stock
 Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on Monday, 22 February 2021.
 Electronic versions of the Annual Financial Statements and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. unqualified
 report which incorporates key audit matters are available on the Company’s website at

2. Notice of Annual General Meeting
   Notice is hereby given that the Third Annual General Meeting (the “Annual General Meeting”) of
   the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”) will be held at 12:00 on Friday, 7 May 2021
   by means of electronic participation.

   The record date for Shareholders of L2D to attend, participate in and vote at the Annual General
   Meeting is Friday, 30 April 2021 (“Voting Record Date”). Therefore, the last day to trade in the
   Company’s shares on the JSE in order to be recorded in the share register on the Voting Record
   Date is Monday, 26 April 2021.
   Shareholders of L2D are advised that the Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form, will be
   distributed electronically to Shareholders on Thursday, 15 April 2021.
