FTSE/JSE notes the announcement made by Anglo American Platinum (AMS, ZAE000013181) on 17 February 2025.
Following the meeting held on 13 February 2025, the directors approved the declaration of a final gross dividend for the
year ended 31 December 2024 of R62 per share. The gross dividend is made up of an ordinary dividend of R3 and an
additional cash dividend of R59.
This notice serves to confirm that the additional dividend of R59, with an Ex-Date of Wednesday 23 April 2025, will be
treated as a special dividend in the FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series.
