Noteholders are referred to the 'Availability of annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2024' announcement released on SENS on 1 August 2024. Noteholders are hereby advised of the following
correction to a clerical error in the 2023 column set out in the Statement of profit or loss and other
comprehensive income of TUHF Urban Finance's audited annual financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2024 ("2024 AFS") released on SENS and published on the Company's website on 1 August
2024:
