In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Debt Listings Requirements,
noteholders are herewith advised of the following change to the boards of directors of Nqaba.
Rosalind Mary Friedericksen has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive director to
the Board of Nqaba, effective 28 February 2023.
Henda Van Deventer (”Henda”) has resigned as Independent Non-Executive director to the Board
of Nqaba, effective 28 February 2023. Henda has resigned due to other related commitments and
to allow for board diversification and succession planning purposes.
