BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN - NOTICE OF MOTION

   1.   A Notice of Motion and founding affidavit were served today by email at
        approximately 12:25pm. It is available at: www.phumelela.com under the
        heading Business Rescue Updates
   2.   It is being opposed by Phumelela Gaming & Leisure Limited (in Business
        Rescue), the Business Rescue Practitioner and Mary Oppenheimer &
        Daughters (Pty) Limited.
   3.   Betfred Limited have given notice that it will abide the decision of the court.
   4.   The matter is to be heard at 9am, 1 September 2020 in the South Gauteng
        Division of the High Court of South Africa.
   5.   We will notify all effected parties of the outcome at the commencement of the
        meeting at 11am, 1 September 2020.
