DEALINGS IN SHARES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR

Dr Chris van der Merwe, a non-executive director of Curro Holdings Limited (“Curro”) and an
executive director of STADIO, sold a portion of his STADIO and Curro portfolios, through his
associates, the Chris van der Merwe Familie Trust and the Chris van der Merwe Trust,
respectively, in order to, inter alia, reduce his debt levels at his age. He still holds, through his
associates, an interest in a substantial number of shares in both companies (3 011 677 Curro
shares and 4 734 626 STADIO shares).

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
