DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122(1) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited’s listings requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the
prescribed form of the following movements in securities of the Company:

-   Metkor Group Limited ("Metkor") has disposed of a 6.5% interest in
    securities in the Company such that the total interest in the
    securities of the Company held by Metkor has decreased to 0% of the
    total issued share capital of the Company net of the treasury shares;

-   The Reef Group Proprietary Limited (“Reef Group”) has disposed of a
    20.1% interest in securities in the Company such that the total
    interest in the securities of the Company held by Reef Group has
    decreased to 0% of the total issued share capital of the Company net of
    the treasury shares; and

-   RECM and Calibre Limited (“RECM”) has disposed of a 14.8% interest in
    securities in the Company such that the total interest in the
    securities of the Company held by RECM has decreased to 0% of the total
    issued share capital of the Company net of the treasury shares.
