AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Further to the release of the Distell Group’s reviewed results for the year ended 30 June 2021 on the
Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE (SENS) on 26 August 2021 (Reviewed Results), shareholders are
advised that the Distell Group’s audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2021 are
now available on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at
www.distell.co.za/investor-centre

The Distell Group’s audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2021 and the
unqualified audit report issued thereon by PricewaterhouseCoopers contain no modications to the
Reviewed Results and the unqualified review report issued thereon by PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Further announcements will be released on SENS once the Company’s 2021 Integrated Annual Report
has been published on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website, which is expected to be
on or about 21 September 2021 and once the notice of annual general meeting, incorporating
summarised annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2021, is distributed to shareholders,
which is expected to be on or about 22 October 2021.
