NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF GUARANTORS - TSGI

Further to the announcement by the Company released on SENS on 30 July 2021 notifying of the availability
of its consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2021, the Company advises that
the annual financial statements of the guarantors under its programme memorandum registered with the
JSE have been submitted to the JSE, and that the audit reports relating to such annual financial statements
are unqualified.

The annual financial statements of the aforesaid guarantors are available for inspection by noteholders at
the Company’s registered office at Palazzo Towers East, Montecasino Boulevard, Fourways, 2055.
