established in terms of Notice No. 6770, promulgated in the Provincial Gazette Extraordinary of 1
October 2000 in terms of section 12(1) read with section 14(2) of the Local Government : Municipal
Structures Act, 1998, as amended)

APPOINTMENT OF DEBT OFFICER

In compliance with the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, debt holders are advised that
Kgwadiphokane Christopher Thipe, in his capacity as Divisional Head: Treasury Office of The City of
Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality has been appointed as the debt officer of the Issuer with
immediate effect.

The Accounting Officer of the City of Tshwane confirms that she has considered and is satisfied with
the competence, qualifications and experience of the newly appointed debt officer.
