RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released by Attacq on 13 February 2023 and subsequent
renewals thereof published on 28 March 2023 and 15 May 2023, regarding the proposed acquisition of 30% of
Attacq Waterfall Investment Company Proprietary Limited by the Government Employees Pension Fund.

As final legal agreements have not yet been concluded, the Company is not yet in a position to release a further
detailed announcement in this regard, and shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in Attacq shares.
