RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are advised that Ms Ardilah Mushabe has resigned as the Company Secretary of Rex Trueform with effect
from 31 May 2023.

The board of Rex Trueform thanks Ms Mushabe for her valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her all of the
best in her future endeavours.

A further announcement regarding Ms Mushabe's replacement will be made in due course.
