In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, Toyota Financial
Services (South Africa) Limited hereby notifies noteholders that Ms. Anushuya Gounden will resign
as a non-executive director of the board of TFS with effect from 30 September 2022 to pursue
personal interests.
