Changes to board of directors and committees

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised of the following changes to the board of directors of Imbalie Beauty (“the Board”)
and its committees.

The following individuals are to be appointed to the Board and sub-committees, effective
25 April 2022:

• Nelisiwe Magubane, BSc Electrical Engineering, MBA, is appointed as an
  independent non-executive director of the Company, chairman of the Social and
  Ethics Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Nelisiwe is a non-
  executive director of Anglo Gold Ashanti, a director and consultant for the
  stakeholders of Enerugi 244 Holdings (Pty) Limited, chairman of the Strategic Fuel
  Fund and an advisory member of Thebe Energy and Resources. She started her
  career at Eskom, moving to the private sector, whereafter she joined the Department
  of Minerals and Energy where she improved access to electricity for millions of
  households. She has experience in policy development in the energy sector and has
  been identified as one of the top 50 most influential people in the Southern African
  energy sector by the ESI Africa magazine.
• Abdurrahim Bux, BBusSci, MSC Corporate Finance, is appointed as a non-executive
  director of the Company, chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of
  the Social and Ethics Committee. Abdurrahim was a co-founder of Dalux (Pty) Limited
  in 2020, a supplier of exclusive South African products to supermarkets and
  hypermarkets in Mauritius.

The Imbalie Beauty Board wishes the new Board members well in their new positions.
