South Africa and its guarantor Macquarie Group Limited, for the
year ended 31 March 2018, have been made available on the Issuer’s
website: www.macquarie.com.

Noteholders are also advised that the issuer’s audit reports were
unqualified and that there were no restatements of the previous
year’s annual or interim financial statements.
