In accordance with paragraphs 6.28 and 6.29 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities
Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that on 04 December 2024, AM Best
assigned a Financial Strength Rating of A- (Excellent) and a Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating
(Long-Term ICR) of "a-" (Excellent) to Santam.

The outlook assigned to these ratings is stable.
