Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the
JSE Limited on 02 September 2024, advising that the unaudited annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2024 (Unaudited AFS) were submitted to the Auditor General of South Africa.
Noteholders are further advised that that the City of Tshwane's Unaudited AFS, as submitted to the
Auditor General South Africa, are also available on the National Treasury website at:
