LATE SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ("FINANCIAL INFORMATION")

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the above-mentioned Issuers have
failed to submit its financial information within the seven-month period stipulated in the JSE's Debt
Listings Requirements.

Accordingly, this announcement is issued to warn holders of debt securities that the above Issuers
have failed to submit their financial information timeously and that the listing of the Issuer's debt
securities and the registration of their programme memorandums ("programme") is under threat of
suspension and possible removal.

If the above Issuers still fail to submit their financial information by 29 February 2024, then the Issuer's
programmes and the listing of their debt securities may be suspended.

This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of debt security holders.
