In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Issuer (the "Board") wishes to advise noteholders that Shigeaki Matsui has been
appointed as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee, effective 22 November 2023.

Toyota Financial Services confirms that the appointment of Shigeaki Matsui was done to fulfil a board
committee vacancy.
