CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: RESIGNATION DATE OF THE DIRECTOR

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 20 May 2022 (the “previous
announcement”), in relation to changes to the board of the Issuer. The Issuer wishes to notify
noteholders that the resignation date of Ms. Mabaso-Koyana contained in the previous
announcement was incorrect. The correct resignation date is 31 May 2022.
