CONVERSION RATIO AND THE LISTING OF THE SATRIX GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE
FEEDER ETF (“THE PORTFOLIO”) - STXIFR
Further to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 03 September
2021 regarding the results of the initial public offer (“the offer”)
for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited
hereby announce the conversion ratio and the listing of the portfolio.
1. Conversion ratio
Investors will be entitled to 0.0208672 (“the conversion ratio”)
Satrix Global Infrastructure Securities for every letter of allocation
(“LA”) issued. The LAs will be converted to Satrix Global
Infrastructure securities in the subscriber’s CSDP or broker account.
STRATE will convert the LA to Satrix securities in the subscriber’s
CSDP or broker accounts in terms of the conversion ratio above.
2. Issued securities and listing
Satrix Global Infrastructure Feeder ETF will issue 349 179 (Three
hundred and forty nine thousand one hundred and seventy nine)
securities to list on the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main
board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price of approximately R 47.92
per security, to commence trading on Thursday, 09 September 2021.
