POSTING OF SHARE RE-INVESTMENT ALTERNATIVE CIRCULAR
On Monday, 5 October 2020 Growthpoint announced on SENS the declaration of a final dividend of 40 cents
per share for the year ended 30 June 2020, with the election to re-invest the net cash dividend of 40 cents
per share after the deduction of the applicable dividend withholding tax, in return for Growthpoint shares
(“Share Re-investment Alternative”), failing which shareholders will receive the net cash dividend in respect
of all or part of their shareholding.
Shareholders are advised that a circular (“Circular”) containing details of the Share Re-investment Alternative
has been posted to Growthpoint shareholders today, Monday 16 November 2020. The Circular is also be
available on the Growthpoint website (www.growthpoint.co.za).
Shareholders will note that the issued share capital in the circular is indicated as 3 022 496 382, the reason
being that the circular was already in print by the time the SENS announcement was released on the results
of the accelerated bookbuild on 12 November 2020. The issued share capital after the bookbuild is
3 380 829 715.
The Share Re-Investment Alternative issue price and finalisation information will be released on SENS on
Tuesday, 24 November 2020.
