RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Further to the circular to enX shareholders dated 1 November 2019 (the “Circular”) relating to the
divestment by enX of its ownership interest in its Fleet Management and Logistics business,
shareholders are advised that all proposed resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of enX
shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the general meeting of shareholders of enX
(“General Meeting”) held today.
As at Friday, 22 November 2019, being the Voting Record Date, the total number of issued enX ordinary
shares was 182 312 650. The number of enX shares present or represented by proxy was 79 689 224
representing 43.7% of the issued share capital and the votable shares as at the Voting Record Date.
The voting results are set out below.
