        1. Introduction

        The FNB S&P 500 Feeder ETF (the "portfolio") provides an investment vehicle for investors wishing to track the movement of the S&P 500 Index ("index") by
        investing in the iShares Core S&P 500 UCITS ETF ("underlying fund"). The index measures the performance of the 500 largest companies (i.e. companies
        with large market capitalisation) within the United States market, according to size, liquidity and free float criteria.

        2. Listing Approval

        Approval for the listing of the participatory interest in the portfolio was granted by the JSE Limited ("JSE") on 15 May 2024.
