NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF REVIEWED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF GUARANTOR

OMLACSA hereby notifies its debt investors that the reviewed condensed consolidated financial statements for
the year ended 31 December 2022 of Old Mutual Limited (“Old Mutual”) have been publicly released. Old
Mutual is the guarantor of the OMLACSA OML11, OML12, OML13, OML14 and OML15 debt instruments.

The condensed consolidated financial statements of Old Mutual have been reviewed by Ernst & Young Inc. and
Deloitte & Touche, who have expressed an unmodified review conclusion.

The reviewed condensed consolidated financial statements of Old Mutual are available on the Old Mutual
website at www.oldmutual.com/investor-relations/reporting-centre/reports and for inspection at Mutualpark, Jan
Smuts Drive, Pinelands, Cape Town.
