ZAR10,000,000,000 ASSET BACKED DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME


Noteholders are advised that SuperDrive’s ZAR10,000,000,000 Asset Backed Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme has been updated by an amended and restated Programme Memorandum, dated 23 August
2022 (“Programme Memorandum”), to incorporate certain changes as detailed below:

-   updates of a technical and regulatory nature in order to comply with recent amendments to the JSE Debt
    Listings Requirements; and

-   an update to the section of the Programme Memorandum headed “Documents Incorporated by
    Reference”.
