Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares
of 7 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

 Highest price paid per share:                                       145.1500 pence

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 13 September 2021, the Company has purchased 12,127,778 shares at a cost (including dealing
and associated costs) of £17,430,687.59.

Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury
and will have 1,686,094,033 ordinary shares in issue.
