                                Webinar and Q&A: Republic of Congo

Kore Potash, the potash development company with 97%-ownership of the Kola and DX Potash
Projects in the Sintoukola Basin, located within the Republic of Congo (“RoC”), is pleased to announce
it will host a webinar discussing the RoC, on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 10:30 BST.

The webinar will include a question and answer session following the presentation. Questions can be
submitted through the webinar platform, or via email to kore@tavistock.co.uk no later than two hours
prior to the scheduled start time.

A recording of the webinar, including the presentation slides, will be made available on the Company’s
website at www.korepotash.com following the event.
