Listing of additional 1nvestRhodium debentures – ETFRHO

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 19 July 2021, issued an additional 10,000 1nvestRhodium
debentures at an approximate issue price of R2,873.4274 per additional 1nvestRhodium debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 95.257 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.

After the additional issue, there will be 187,405 1nvestRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,812.354 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
