notice of the annual general meeting (“AGM”), has been distributed to shareholders today, 7 August 2020.

Notice of AGM
Notice is hereby given that the 28th AGM of Telkom will be conducted through electronic communication on
Thursday, 10 September 2020 at 10h00.

Shareholders who wish to participate in the AGM should connect to the AGM by using the link that will be provided.
Please refer to the notice of AGM which contains full details for electronic participation at the AGM.

The record date for Shareholders to participate in and vote at the AGM is Friday, 4 September 2020. Accordingly,
the last day to trade and be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 1 September 2020.
