FINAL CAPITAL DISTRIBUTION


M-FiTEC shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 20 September 2017 and the circular
distributed to shareholders on 30 August 2017. Terms defined in the Circular shall bear the same meaning
in this announcement.

Shareholders are advised that after finalisation and settlement of all listing and final expenses, taxation,
interest and other final cash items, the Final Distribution has been determined to be an amount of R363 407
or 4.77 cents per share and that payment will be made to shareholders on Friday, 15 December 2017.

Shareholders do not need to take any further action in respect of the Final Distribution and those recorded
in the Register on the Capital Distribution Record Date will be paid the Final Distribution.
