Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard

to a possible bi-annual distribution for the six months ended 31 December

2013 by the ETF to holders of DBXUS securities:



Last day to trade “cum” distribution:           Wednesday, 18 December 2013

Securities trade “ex” distribution:              Thursday, 19 December 2013

Record date:                                       Friday, 27 December 2013

Announcement of distribution amount (if

any) and the payment date will be made on

or before:                                          Friday, 17 January 2014



Holders of DBXUS securities who hold 100 000 or more DBXUS securities may

elect to receive the distribution in USD payable to their “foreign USD cash

account held at their applicable USD clearer”. Such election is to be

conveyed to db x-trackers (Proprietary) Limited (“db x-trackers”) via the

holder’s CSDP in the required format by no later than Friday, 10 January

2014, failing which holders will be paid the ZAR equivalent referred to

above.
