SOVEREIGN FACILITY TOUR AND SHAREHOLDER PRESENTATION
Sovereign invites all its shareholders (“Shareholders”) to attend a facility tour and a
presentation (“Shareholder Presentation”) at the Company’s premises (9 Kruis River Road,
Uitenhage) on Friday, 13 December 2013.
The Shareholder Presentation on the Company’s operations will be presented by Sovereign`s
management team, who will then make themselves available to answer Shareholders’ questions.
Shareholders unable to attend the Shareholder Presentation will be able to obtain a copy
of the presentation on the Company’s website: www.sovereignfoods.co.za.
The facility tour and Shareholder Presentation will contain no new material information
on current trading or future financial performance.
