Notice is hereby given that Preference Dividend No. 67 of 5,5 cents per         
share, in respect of the cumulative preference shares, has been declared        
for the period 1 July 2011 to 31 December 2011, payable to all preference       
shareholders recorded in the books of Liberty Holdings Limited at the           
close of business on Friday, 30 December 2011. The dividend, payable in         
South African currency, will be paid on Tuesday, 3 January 2012.
