NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, the
Board of Directors of Mercedes-Benz South Africa Limited hereby notifies noteholders that Mr. Claudius
Steinhoff will vacate his role as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Mercedes-Benz South Africa and Executive Director
Mercedes-Benz Cars ("MBC"), effective 30 November 2025. The reason for this change is Mr. Steinhoff's
promotion to the role of Head of Mercedes-Maybach and Sales TEV (TEV/PM) within Mercedes-Benz AG.

The appointment of Mr. Claudius Steinhoff's successor will be finalized and communicated in due course.
