The JSE Limited has granted UBS AG approval for the listing of UBS Portfolio
Notes linked to the Private Clients Mid Cap Opportunities Portfolio (the
"Reference Portfolio").

The Reference Portfolio, whose composition may vary from time to time, is
actively managed by the Reference Portfolio Advisor and represents a notional
investment in the Reference Portfolio Components as described in detail
below.

Background:

Private Clients by Old Mutual Wealth specialises in bespoke investment
management for high-net-worth individuals, trusts and companies. We partner
with clients and their financial planners to craft highly personalised
portfolios that invest directly into high quality companies, both locally
and globally. Our Private Client Portfolio Managers and investment team have
several decades of success and experience in managing wealth through various
economic and market cycles. We manage investment portfolios on a personalised
and tailored basis and run a number of model portfolios across the full
spectrum of asset classes, which provide points of reference to implement
clients' investment strategies. Old Mutual Wealth Trust Company (Pty) Ltd,
is a Private Company registered in South Africa under registration number:
1925 / 002721 / 07 and is regulated as a Financial Services Provider with
the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA No. 18427) and holds a Cat II
licence.

The investment strategy seeks to invest in a select group of good quality,
high growth South African mid-cap companies. In defining good quality,
attributes such as the company's level of profitability, balance sheet
strength, historic capital allocation decisions and management rating is
reviewed. The investment horizon growth outlook is typically made over a
period spanning the next five years.

UNDERLYING STOCK UNIVERSE:     Shares listed on the Main Board of the
                               Johannesburg Stock Exchange may only be
                               incorporated.

Noteholders should be aware that the Reference Portfolio Advisor is
independent of the Issuer. The performance of the Product is largely
dependent on the skill and decisions made by the Reference Portfolio Advisor.
Decisions made by the Reference Portfolio Advisor may not always be
profitable and therefore may have a material adverse impact on the value of
this Product. Moreover, past performance of other products managed by the
Reference Portfolio Advisor does not guarantee future positive performance
of this Product.

This listing (Series 53) is issued under the Information Memorandum of UBS
AG. Trading will commence on Monday, 04 August 2025.
