In accordance with paragraph 6.29 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, 
noteholders are hereby advised that on 4 December 2024, AM Best has assigned a Financial Strength Rating of 
A- (Excellent) and a Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating (Long-Term ICR) of "a-" (Excellent) to Sanlam Life Insurance 
Limited, (South Africa).

The outlook assigned to the ratings is stable.
