APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS FOR BNPP PF SOUTH AFRICA

Pursuant to paragraph 6.39 (a) noteholders are advised of the appointment of Vincent Metz, Blagoy
Botchev and Claire Lauzeral as non-executive directors of the Issuer, with effect from 18 March 2024.

Metz is a senior member of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where he is overseeing Eastern Europe and
African countries. Botchev is the BNP Paribas Senior Country Management Officer for EMEA. Lauzeral
is Global Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas Personal Finance.

The Issuer is pleased to welcome the new directors to the board, who have been appointed in
accordance with the Issuer's nomination of directors policy.
