No Change Statement

Shareholders are advised that the Company's integrated report, incorporating the audited consolidated and separate
financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, (on which the Company's auditors expressed
an unmodified audit opinion) is now accessible on the Company's website, 4Sight Integrated Report 2022 and
contains no changes to the provisional results for the year ended 31 December 2022, released on SENS on
29 March 2023.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

The notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") and relevant supporting documentation has been dispatched to
shareholders today, 28 April 2023. The AGM of shareholders of 4Sight will be held at 4Sight House,
28 Roos Street, Fourways, Gauteng, South Africa, 2191 or alternatively by electronic communication, on Friday,
23 June 2023 at 12:00pm Mauritian time (10:00am South African time) by utilising the link below and following

Record Dates
