RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED (THE “AGM”)

Growthpoint’s AGM was held on 29 November 2022. All resolutions proposed at the AGM were
decided on a poll, the results of which are reflected in the table below.

On the record date for the AGM 18 November 2022, Growthpoint had 3 430 787 066 ordinary
shares in issue and 3 411 636 744 shares (excluding Treasury Shares) were eligible for voting.

During the year, Growthpoint engaged extensively with shareholders on both remuneration and
general AGM matters. This positive engagement is evidenced in the outcome of the voting at the
 AGM and Growthpoint would like to thank shareholders for their time and valuable guidance.
