Noteholders are hereby advised that PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc (“PWC”) have been appointed as
the Company’s external auditors, with Louwrens van Velden as the designated audit partner, replacing
Ernst and Young Inc (“EY”). The change in audit firm came into effect on 3 June 2022.

The appointment of PWC is as per the issuers’ mandatory rotation.
